Brand story
Taittinger Prestige Rosé
Prestige Rosé comes from the same house and the same convictions: a Chardonnay-led style shaped by François Taittinger, a family-owned estate restored to the Taittingers in 2006, and 288 hectares of sustainably farmed vineyards across Champagne’s principal districts. Where Brut Réserve is the House’s statement of balance, Prestige Rosé is its statement of colour — a cuvée conceived to be instantly recognisable, bright and vivid in the glass.
The blend brings together 40% Pinot Noir for structure, 35% Chardonnay for elegance and 25% Meunier for liveliness, to which 11 to 14% still red wine is added — made from the finest Pinot Noir of the Montagne de Reims and Les Riceys — giving the wine its intensity and depth of hue. On the palate it is velvety and full, carried by fresh red fruit, with the precision the House is known for holding the richness in check. Vivid, timeless and unmistakably Taittinger: a rosé where colour is not decoration but a matter of craftsmanship.
