Bouchard Père & Fils, Beaune
Founded in 1731, Bouchard Père & Fils is one of Burgundy’s most historic and prestigious wine producers, boasting nearly three centuries of expertise. With an unparalleled mosaic of vineyards, including over 130 hectares across Côte d’Or, of which 12 hectares are Grand Cru and 74 hectares Premier Cru, Bouchard has long been a cornerstone of fine Burgundian winemaking.
In 2022, a new chapter began as Artémis Domaines, the wine division of the Pinault family, acquired Bouchard Père & Fils. This integration into the same prestigious portfolio as Château Latour (Pauillac), Clos de Tart (Morey-Saint-Denis), Domaine d’Eugénie (Vosne-Romanée), Château-Grillet (Rhône), and Eisele Vineyard (Napa Valley) marks a strategic turning point, reinforcing Bouchard’s position as a global reference in Burgundy.
With a commitment to organic and biodynamic practices, Artémis Domaines is furthering Bouchard’s transition towards a more sustainable approach, ensuring that its terroirs continue to express their purest potential. By 2025, the entire Domaine will be certified organic.
The estate benefits from enhanced winemaking techniques, improved infrastructure, and cutting-edge vineyard management.
