By.Ott is the contemporary expression of Domaines Ott⋆, a house founded in Provence in 1896 by Marcel Ott and shaped over more than a century by three estates, two appellations and a single standard of craftsmanship. Released under AOC Côtes de Provence, this rosé is drawn from organically grown fruit sourced from the family’s own vineyards and from carefully selected partner growers, across preserved landscapes set between the Mediterranean and the inland hills.
Blended by the Domaines Ott⋆ team, By.Ott brings together Grenache for texture and fruit, Cinsault for freshness, and Syrah, Mourvèdre and Rolle for complexity and length. The result is bright and expressive, with yellow fruit and a subtle exotic edge, mineral freshness carried by a supple palate and a finish of delicate tang.
